What do you mean by credit? Is it store
credit?
ItParts.us does offer store credit for purchases. Whenever an item is
returned we refund the purchase amount less shipping costs less
restocking fee. The refund will be issued on the same credit card the
payment was received from or Issue a payment through Company Check. We
also issue Store Credit amount that can be Utilized or applied in any
future purchases within a 90 day period.
How long does it take to see credit from my return?
We generally process credit in 2-3 business days upon completion of the
return process. Once ItParts.us refunds to a credit card, it is up to
merchant service and the issuing bank to credit the individual credit
card account. They may take as long as two billing cycles to do this.
Customers may contact their card issuer to get funds released quicker.
