Does ItParts.us accept phone, fax, and email orders?

You can call one of our customer service representatives at 510-440-0256 and place your order over the phone. If you have a PO you can fax it to 510-440-0257. We do not accept orders via email due to security issues.

I didn't see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?

If you were not taken to our order confirmation page and you are sure you clicked our submit order button, our server most likely received your order but communication back to your computer was interrupted. If your order was received by our system, you can log on again in your account to check whether the order is being processed, you will also be receiving a confirmation email from us. If you still do not see it call one of our customer service representatives at 510-440-0256 to confirm that your order was received.

I think my order may have been duplicated. What should I do?

Call one of our customer service representatives at 510-440-0256. We will void the order for you as long as it has not been invoiced and/or shipped. If a duplicate order has been shipped, you will need to call the carrier who shipped your goods, which you can obtain from our customer service representative, and refuse the tracking for that shipment. You will be refunded for the cost of the goods when the items are returned back to ItParts.us.

After I submit an order with ItParts.us, how can I check my order's progress?

ItParts.us will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page for live updates.

How can I check my ItParts.us order status online?

Please email us for order status at support@ItParts.us

I checked my order status online and was advised that my order has been voided. What may be the reasons?

If an order is placed and the credit card declines or the billing/shipping address cannot be verified after three business days, the order will be voided out. The only way to regenerate a voided order its to re-place the order online. If you feel there has been some error, please call us at 510-440-0256.

Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

Yes. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling ItParts.us customer service at 510-440-0256. Once our warehouses have shipped an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.

How long does it generally take to process an order?

It takes 1-2 business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local FedEx guidelines for delivery. ItParts.us offers Rush Processing for orders placed before 12PM PST for a small additional fee. ItParts.us will put forth its best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same day. If we fail to ship your order on the same day, we will refund the Rush Processing fee.

Can I combine two separate orders to save on shipping costs?

We cannot combine orders for you over the phone after they are placed. However, if you call us before your orders are processed, we can cancel your orders so you can place a single order for all the items you want. Please understand that we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed by our warehouse.

Can I reactivate an order that has been voided/cancelled?

No, you'll have to re-order online.

Is the ItParts.us website secure? What types of security features are utilized to safeguard my information?

When you are placing an order on the Internet, security is a number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server, and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the Internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.

Does ItParts.us sell or release my personal information?

ItParts.us respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone without your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional details.

Does ItParts.us offer a paper catalog?

No. Our online catalog at www.ItParts.us is our only catalog.


What happens if an item is backordered?

If an item is found to be out of stock after the order is placed, then the remaining items shipped. We will not hold up the order because an item is backordered. You will not be charged for the backordered item. When the backordered item becomes available we will then ship it to you.

What happens when an item is out-of-stock?

We do not sell merchandise that we don't stock, which is why we provide a convenient RFQ feature. Simply fill in the RFQ Form and we will work with our Suppliers to arrange the parts for you. You receive an e-mail notification as soon as the product becomes available for purchase.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call our Customer Service at 1-510-440-0256 or email support@ItParts.us, if you're unable to locate an item.

Can I pre-order a product that is currently out-of-stock?

We currently do not accept pre-orders or backorders. However you should fill in Our RFQ Form and we will work towards procuring the parts for you.

How do I redeem my ItParts.us Gift Certificate?

Simply enter your Claim Code and Security Code in the “Redeem Gift Certificates” area on the shopping cart page. ItParts Gift Certificates must be redeemed through the www.ItParts.us website, toward the purchase of any product(s) listed www.ItParts.us online catalog. Gift Certificates can neither be refunded nor used to purchase Gift Certificates.

Can ItParts.us use registered mail for my APO/FPO order?

Presently we do not offer a registered mail option for APO/FPO orders. We currently utilize only the standard service offered by the United States Postal Service to keep rates as low as possible.

Do ItParts.us Gift Certificates expire?
No, they do not expire. However, they are non-transferable from the original user to another user. The original user is the only one that can redeem the balance on a gift certificate.

Can I redeem a Gift Certificate toward a purchase that exceeds my Gift Certificate amount?

Yes, and you’ll have to pay the remaining balance using a credit card or other payment method.

I lost my Gift Certificate Claim Code. What should I do?

Can ItParts.us Customer Support agents physically obtain a product and describe it to me?

Because our inventory is stored in different warehouses, our agents can physically get a hold of any product to describe it for you, which are located at our Fremont Facility. However all the parts from other locations cannot be Described to you on the phone. Please email us at sales@Itparts.us for any such queries.

I received an Auto-Notify email indicating that a product is now in stock. But when I check the website, the product is out-of-stock. Why?

It's likely that the product you're interested in sold out soon after it became available for purchase. To give yourself the best chance of getting an item you're interested in, place an order immediately after receiving an auto-notify email.
