with respect to products sold on this site. ItParts.us expressly
disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect

Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods for products and services ordered from
ItParts.us include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal,
Pre-paid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order.
(Note: All Prepaid Orders, including Cashier's Checks, must clear first
with the bank before your order will ship.) For international customers
we only accept bank wire transfers.
Typographical and Photographical Errors
ItParts.us attempts to be as accurate as possible in our pricing, as
well as our typographical and photographical depictions of products for
sale; however, we cannot guarantee that product
descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on ItParts.us
is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed
at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or
other error, ItParts.us shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to
either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders placed for
that product at the incorrect price.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your submission of an order and/or receipt of an order confirmation
automated or otherwise, do not signify our acceptance of such order.
ItParts.us reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem
necessary, at our sole discretion, regardless of the order status or
whether you have received a confirmation of the order. We reserve the
right to require additional information from you before accepting or
processing any order.
Return Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30
days from the original invoice date for a refund. A Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking
fee may also apply to all refunds. All products are shipped with a
repair/replacement warranty period. Customers must inform ItParts.us of
any order discrepancy within 7 days of the original invoice date, such
as a damaged box, so that we may investigate and resolve the situation

Sales Tax
All orders are subject to taxes unless you can provide ItParts.us with a
Tax-exempt certificate.
Sales tax is required for orders shipping within our resident state of
business. So all orders shipping within California, will be charged the
applicable sates tax according to our area’s tax rate. If you are a
reseller we will require a copy of your resellers certificate. In order
to ensure that we do not charge sales tax it is recommended that with
your first order you provide us with a copy of certificates. For our
international orders a VAT (value added tax) will charged on most
products. There are no surcharges to our overseas customers nor do we
charge any local taxes.
Billing and Shipping Information
We do verify billing and ship to addresses before we process any order.
If your billing address and ship to address are different you notify us
in the comments area if the shipping address is for one of your
customers or another branch office for your company. If we have trouble
verifying any address information we will contact you for clarification
and it could possibly delay the shipment of your order.
You will be charged a nominal shipping and handling fee. Unless other
arrangements have been made to bill the shipping amount to your shipper
number. This information will be needed for rush shipments to ensure a
speedy delivery of your order.
Processing Time
Your order will be processed the day you submit it online as long as we
can verify everything that day. However it could take up to 24 hrs to
ship. Orders that have items that are backordered could have extended
lead times.
Availability
You can be assured that we will always inform you of the availability of
all products listed on our website. If a product is not available we
will backorder it. But will do our best to ship your order as soon as
the product(s) become available. The availability of product is subject
to change by our manufacturers.
If there is a long delay in product availability we will notify the
customer immediately. At no time will a customer be charged for product
that we do not have physically in stock. However there may be times when
we might ask for payment to ensure delivery directly from the
manufacturer.
Cancellation of an Order
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has
not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business
hour to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you
will receive a credit back to your account. Please never request cancel
order via Email as we may not receive it in time.
Changes Made to Orders
If you need to change an order it can be done by calling during business
hours provide the order has not already been processed and shipped.
Please never request a change via E-mail, as we may not receive it in
time.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased from ItParts.us will
effectively void the standard manufacturer's warranty. Improper
installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to
chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are considered
physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or
repair/replacement from ItParts.us. Physical damage includes but is not
limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained
by irregular usage.
ItParts.us attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and
